·      Kits are not included with any of our online courses if you would like a kit we can arrange a kit for you for an extra fee and you will need to come an collect this kit from our training Academy.

·      Online training is not subject to any refunds as student gains access to the course as soon as they purchase.

·      No kits are provided with this course there will be a list given of what you need to buy and links where you can all products initially you do not need anything to start the theory part of the course and you can just buy as you are doing the course.

·      Our Online courses are non-transferable to an alternative student or name. Please ensure the booking is made giving the correct full name of the person doing the course at the time of making payment as the name on the booking will be the name issued on your certificate. Please make sure it’s your full name and not a nick name etc. as insurances won’t cover a certificate not in your exact name.

·      Only 1 student is allowed to administer the course. Any suspicious account activity will result in termination of your account and course and no refunds will be issued.
